We hired Chef Matt for a bachelor party dinner of 10. Our goal was to catch our meal (from fishing earlier in the day), but we came up empty handed. Not a problem as Chef Matt had a fish monger on hand that could get us the same fish we were trying to catch. We had some picky eaters (don't eat seafood) and he was still able to cook up something special for them without a problem. The meal was excellent (the guys are still talking about it a few days later). In particular the salad (go figure) and the desert (which was phenomenal). Although everything was great (my favorite was the crusted oysters). He have us a rundown of each dish and sat around and chatted with us for awhile as well. From ordering and getting all of the food, the last minute fish needs, and cleaning up everything (plus leaving us the leftover supplies) it was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for more out of it. Highly recommend Chef Matt and his crew to handle your needs.

It was truly one of the most memorable experiences I have had, and I highly recommend their services. Chef Matt was recommended to me by a close friend who spoke highly of a private dinner experience they had with him earlier this year. I contacted him directly through his website, which is very informative and user-friendly. He responded promptly within a few hours. I outlined my requirements, including travel arrangements to an Airbnb and multiple food allergies. Chef Matt accommodated all of these requests and exceeded expectations. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. Chef Matt and Jasaiyas personally prepared each dish from scratch. We recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Matt for a special family gathering to celebrate my 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren . The experience exceeded every expectation from start to finish . Chef Matt demonstrated professionalism, guiding us through the selection of menu items , preparing the meal , introducing and describing each course and answering our questions . The menu featured a variety of seafood dishes , each one more delicious than the last . Highlights included perfectly seared sea scallops , sesame encrusted seared tuna , crispy bang bang shrimp and a melt in your mouth lemon risotto . Most importantly , this evening allowed our family to relax and enjoy each other's company without worrying about the meal. I cannot say enough about Chef Matt's attention to every detail and talent. This was a birthday celebration I shall never forget. It was exactly everything I had hoped it would be and then some .

Chef Matt is incredible! We hired him to put together a lobster bake dinner for our parents to celebrate their anniversary while on vacation in Avalon, NJ. Prior to the event, he was easy to communicate with via phone and email. On the day of the dinner, he arrived at the house hours early to unpack, prep, and get settled in the kitchen. He brought with him all the food, supplies, and cooking tools needed. The only thing we had to supply was dishes and utensils! Chef Matt proceeded to put together a 4-course feast! We started with creamy homemade arancini with marinara. Our next course was a delicious wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. The third course really blew us away! Chef Matt rolled out butcher paper on the table and poured out potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage, shrimp, clams, and whole lobsters. Everything was cooked perfectly and it was more than we ever expected! To finish the meal, we ended with a homemade flourless chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberries. Chef Matt cleaned up the entire kitchen and honestly left it better than when he came. He was very professional and made us feel like the most special people that evening. Thank you so much Chef Matt!
