I had Sophia come out to my place for my 30th birthday and give my friends and I a sound bath session. It was extremely relaxing. We all left so rest and revived at the end of the session. Would highly recommend to book a sound bath session with her or add it to a yoga session. <3

We had Sophia come for a mat pilates / yoga session. It was such a fun activity to include in our bachelorette weekend. Sophia was so friendly, fun, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. She arrived early and had all of the equipment set up before we started. Every single girl in our group loved the class as it was the perfect mix of movement, laughs, and relaxation. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

She was the best! This is a great activity to start the morning with, she came for a bachelorette party and set up and provided everything. We had some scheduling issues on our end and she was super flexible on still making it happen for our group. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and relaxing experience! Sophia created the perfect atmosphere to unwind and feel completely refreshed. The cool towels at the end of the class was perfection! We did a yoga session and it was the perfect addition to our weekend!
