Age Requirements: Guests operating a jet ski must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. Guests under 21 may participate where permitted by law with a parent or legal guardian present and all required waivers completed. All passengers must follow local boating regulations.
Waiver Required: Every participant must complete and sign our liability waiver before the start of the experience.
Safety First: Life jackets are provided and must be worn whenever required by the captain or while operating jet skis. Our crew will provide a safety briefing before departure.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is welcome on select boat and yacht experiences for guests of legal drinking age. For everyone's safety, anyone operating a vessel or jet ski must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to end the experience without a refund if unsafe behavior occurs.
Weather: Safety is our top priority. Experiences may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe water conditions.
What to Bring: Sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, swimwear, dry clothes, and your favorite food and beverages (glass containers may be restricted depending on the vessel).
Respect the Vessel: Guests are expected to treat all boats, yachts, and equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in, waiver completion, and the safety briefing.

Do I need boating experience?
No. We provide a thorough safety orientation before every rental. For boats and yachts, you can also book an experienced captain so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and beverages. We recommend avoiding glass containers whenever possible.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is permitted on select boat and yacht experiences for guests 21 and older. However, anyone operating a vessel or jet ski must remain sober at all times.
How many people can come?
Capacity depends on the vessel you book. We offer experiences for couples, small groups, and larger celebrations. The maximum guest count will be listed on each experience.
