My sister and I came in today and had the BEST experience. The ladies there are so sweet and make the experience feel so comfortable. We had Bella & Katrina and they both were extremely sweet and did amazing. We both did the Deluxe Scalp Treatment that included a scalp massage and an arm, hand, and shoulder massage. The entire thing was amazing!! Definitely recommend, such a relaxing enjoyable experience!

3/3/25 I'm still going strong on my self care journey! I spent my morning with Heather, receiving a manual lymphatic drainage massage. This was just what I needed! The instruction, knowledge, and comfort that I receive at Skin and Muscles is unmatched. Heather's hands are divine! 2/8/25 I've wanted to try a headspa for a while, as more self care options are at the top of my list for 2025. I stumbled across Bella's page on Instagram, which lead me to her at Skin and Muscles! This is my new happy place. Scheduling was easy, everything that I needed to know was in my pre visit questionnaire, the attention to detail is awesome, the atmosphere is super relaxing (just what I needed), and the headspa experience is AMAZING! I left my headspa and facial appointment extremely relaxed, Bella has naturally relaxing vibes and good energy. Everyone should experience this.

I have been going to skin and muscles for a couple years now and am always so impressed with their work! Alex is a wonderful esthetician and Heather is an amazing therapist that constantly adjusts to what I need. I love coming to them for services and always know I'll leave feeling refreshed :) have recommended to many and they feel the same!!

I had the pleasure of booking a full body massage appointment with Alex this week and it was amazing . I felt extremely safe and the energy was immaculate. Can’t wait to book another service in the future .

I had a scalp treatment from Bella today and it was wonderful! Bella was professional, courteous, and made me feel so relaxed. I also appreciate that this is a smaller boutique experience - it felt much more personalized to my needs and the quality of care was a lot better than some of the services I’ve received from larger businesses. I’ll definitely be back! Give yourself time to grab a coffee from next door’s Queen City Collective as well as a breakfast sandwich (made my Pandemic Donuts - I think).

My favorite part of this spa is the lymphatic drainage massage/facial by Heather. Personally if I had to only one facial to choose from for the rest of my life I would choose this one; it does a lot all at once. It helps your skin health/glow and reveals the structure of your face by moving all the toxic fluid out. You will notice a big difference especially the day after — 10/10 would recommend! 🤍🤍🤍

My bridesmaids surprised me with a full body massage and headspa service and it was AMAZING. Alex was my massage therapist and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have never gotten any sort of massage or "spa" relaxation day, so I walked in a bit nervous, but Alex made me feel comfortable the minute she greeted me, easing those nerves. I had my headspa with Bella and she was amazing also! She made sure I had no questions before starting, which I appreciated since it was all a surprise for me. Truly great service from both of my providers! Plus, very cute and relaxing environment the minute you walk in. Highly recommend!!

Bella and Katrina are the absolute best! They were so kind and welcoming, and the spa treatments were incredibly relaxing. I cannot wait to book my next service. I highly recommend to treat yourself to a spa service or three at Skin & Muscles.

Wow!! This is the place I’ve been looking for. My head spa treatment with Katrina was amazing and so relaxing. The table was SO comfy and felt like I was lying on a cloud (something I’ve never experienced elsewhere!). I greatly enjoyed the experience and will be back.

We have been going here for a few years now since moving to the area. My wife got prenatal massages with Heather and I have gotten massages with both Heather and Alex. They do a terrific job at very reasonable prices and their punch card option is amazing! Definitely check them out 👍👍

I visited Katrina for a Head Spa appointment and it was truly magical! Katrina was so warm and welcoming and made sure to customize the service to my specific hair needs. She also made sure to ask if this appointment was for scalp health or relaxation or both, which I appreciated a ton. Overall, loved this experience and will be going back.

Absolutely loved the detox session here. My scalp felt amazing afterwards, but more importantly the entire session felt awesome! It included a light massage for shoulders, chest, hands, and feet. The technician knew exactly how to handle my hair as well so none of the brushing or exfoliating felt painful. They really work to set the ambiance in the waiting room.

As always I had a wonderful experience at Skin and Muscles! This time I saw Heather for a lymphatic massage and a relaxation massage. She was super informative and made me feel so comfortable. I also got to purchase the coolest coffee mug to add to my collection! I will never stop recommending this place to everyone I know
