The best part is that whether you wear heels or not, if you’re a beginner or advanced with your moves this class will leave you feeling sexier than ever and ready to hit the dance floor! If you choose to wear heels, Lauren recommends a bootie heel with ankle support that laces in the front. I can't wait to dance with you!
