What you'll do:

I create a sacred space for your group to flow and connect to your bodies: a nourishing experience to open, close, or provide a mid-way reprieve in your celebrations! You can choose the style of yoga (energizing, grounding, calming, etc), and I always include high-vibe gifts for all participants and extended Savasana with sound healing and essential oils.

I am a professional Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide, and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator. Every experience/session is uniquely curated according to participants' intentions, leaving everyone feeling more calm, clearheaded, and connected.

Lauren was amazing! Very sweet, exactly on time, responded very quickly and her sound bath was amazing! I definitely came out of my body throughout our group session. Was so sad when it was over. She also gave us crystals to have at the end. Definitely would hire her again!
