Is it possible to have our class on the beach?
It sure is! Your instructor will help coordinate the best meet-up spot, but we do require everyone in your group bring a towel to use for class. There is no additional cost for a beach class. :)
What level and style do you teach?
Classes are for ALL levels and designed specifically for you and your group. A slow and breezy stretch, a fast paced heart pumping flow, Pilates or a little bit of both - it’s all up to you! All classes end with aromatherapy, meditation, and a rosé toast.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Nope, we’ve got you! Mats are included in the package and always cleaned between uses. If you choose to have a class on the beach you will need to bring your own beach / large towel.
What if our group does not drink alcohol?
Your teacher will provide a non-alcoholic option that is included in the price.
What happens if it rains?
Your instructor will set up at your AirBnB/VRBO, or they’ll try to help you find a covered area outside. Please note, there are NO refunds or rain dates offered, and NO cancellations are permitted due to weather.
