At Awesome Hibachi, we offer top-notch hibachi catering for all occasions. Our chefs don't just cook - they put on a show! They'll flip, and grill your food right in front of you. Your guests will love watching the chef's tricks while they wait for their tasty meal. Your chef normally arrives 30min to 10min prior for a quick set up and the experience last approximately 90min.
Additional information:
$600 minimum to start the party. For parties with fewer than 10 guests, the minimum spending still applies, allowing you to use the full amount.
The entire experience lasts approximately 75 to 90 minutes, depending on your party size.
Full meal that comes with salad, fried rice, veggies & two orders of protein, you get to choose any two(2) from Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Scallops & Salmon. Up charge for Filet and Lobster.
20% gratuity is included in the final price. Tip additionally as you wish, as we understand it should be based on your overall experience but a 20% gratuity is recommended if you enjoy the show.
$150 travel fee applies to the Hamptons address, and will be charged separately by the brand. Please reach out to Awesome Hibachi if you have any questions regarding the travel fee.

Is there guest number limit?
There is no max nor min guest limit, but a party minimum spending at $600. For parties with fewer than 10 guests, the minimum spending still applies, allowing you to use the full amount.
What is included in the $60 per person?
You get a full meal that comes with salad, fried rice, veggies & two orders of protein, you get to choose any two(2) from Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Scallops & Salmon. Up charge for Filet and Lobster. Gratuity is excluded, as we strongly believe the tips should be based on your overall experience. A 20% of the total bill is highly suggested if you enjoy your event. Gratuity is to be paid in cash at the time of service.
Will the chef arrive in advance to set up?
Normally the chef will arrive early in a 10min to 45min window prior to your scheduled time for a quick set up. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.
How long is the experience?
Approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. This varies depending on your group size, but rest assured the chef does the same thing regardless of your group size.

What should I prepare for my party?
Basically, everything that you deem necessary for your guests, such as tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and beverages of your choice. You may refer to our previous events via @awesomehibachi (Instagram & Tik Tok) for set up inspiration. Nothing needs to be prepared for the chef.
What if there is food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
Our food does not contain the most common allergen food, such as nuts, sesame etc. Gluten free soy sauce is also available upon request. Please notify the party specialist of any other food allergy you and/or your party might have.
