Requests to adjust the scheduled performance start time must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event; same-day time changes cannot be accommodated.
The booking period begins once performers are in position at the scheduled start time, regardless of whether the event program has formally opened.
Extensions beyond the original booked duration are subject to additional fees and performer availability on the day; discuss extension options at the time of booking if there is a possibility the timeline will run long.

If you’d like performers to continue beyond the scheduled time, additional fees will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on the performers’ schedule.
