A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Requests to adjust your scheduled performance time (for example, from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the same day) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Once performers are in position and the scheduled start time has arrived, the booking period begins.
Extensions beyond the original time allotment are subject to additional fees and availability.

How far in advance should I book
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak tourism seasons and major holidays. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on performer availability.
How to confirm my booking?
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to performance. Deposits are non-refundable, but date changes may be possible with sufficient notice (see next question).

Can I change my booking time or date
Yes. Changes to your scheduled time or date must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Adjustments are subject to performer availability. Once performers are in position, the booked time begins.
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
If you’d like performers to continue beyond the scheduled time, additional fees will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on the performers’ schedule.
Do you provide setup or sound equipment?
Yes, depending on your package. Our standard performances include portable sound setups for smaller venues. For larger events, we can coordinate with your sound team or provide additional equipment at an extra charge.
Do you travel to neighboring islands or private locations?
Absolutely. Our team regularly performs across multiple islands, resorts, and private estates. Travel fees may apply based on location and logistics.
What should clients prepare before the performance?
Please ensure a clear performance area, access to power (if required), and adequate lighting or staging for evening events. Our team will confirm all setup details before the event.
Can we requests certain songs or themes?
Yes. We love personal touches! Custom song requests or themed performances (e.g., bridal, tropical chic, cultural fusion) can be arranged with advance notice.
