Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do you do?
I offer a highly customized experience combining structural bodywork, guided PEMF therapy (via Electrons Plus), movement optimization, and nervous system regulation. My goal is to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and help your body function at its highest level—whether you're recovering from injury, training hard, or just need a reset.
What is guided PEMF and Electrons Plus?
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. I use a specialized device (Electrons Plus) to deliver energy at a cellular level, reducing inflammation, speeding up tissue repair, and enhancing circulation. It's like charging your body’s battery from the inside out. I guide it with hands-on techniques so we can be precise, efficient, and deeply effective.
Who do you work with?
Athletes, active professionals, high performers, and anyone who wants to feel better in their body. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or wanting to prevent future breakdown, I meet you where you are and help you level up.
Do I have to be in pain to work with you?
Not at all. Many of my clients come to stay ahead of injuries and burnout. It’s proactive care—think of it as a tune-up for your nervous system, joints, and movement mechanics. You don’t have to wait until something breaks to start feeling better.
What can I expect during a session?
Each session is personalized. We’ll start with a conversation and movement assessment, then dive into bodywork, guided PEMF, and functional resets. You’ll leave feeling more connected, mobile, and grounded.

What should I wear?
Something comfortable that allows movement—think athletic shorts or loose-fitting clothes. You’ll stay dressed for most of the session unless certain bodywork techniques require otherwise, and I’ll always make sure you’re comfortable and informed. Deep work around the shoulder blades and hips may necessitate a bikini or something like it. Blankets and sheets will always be ready on hand.
What makes your approach different?
I treat the whole system—not just the site of pain. My sessions blend biomechanics, fascial network theory, lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, and energetic listening. I don’t chase symptoms; I find root causes. It’s less about quick fixes, and more about long-term function and freedom.
