The hibachi restaurant changed our reservation moving it 1 hour earlier the day before our reservation. I had a party of 11 which made it tough to reschedule. Then the chef arrived 45 min early. The food and chef were good. But, I was not given any reason for the rescheduling other than “miscommunication “ and if I was, I would have cancelled. But I didn’t think I would get a full refund on short notice, so we kept the reservation. I will not book through Batch or the hibachi restaurant again. And I won’t refer them to anyone.
