On time, both very pleasant.

I wish I could say something nice, but they never showed up at the airport and ignored all of our calls for over 30 mins, then I received a text saying the shuttle had a flat and would be 30mins more or they could refund me so we can get an Uber!!! Very disappointing and frustrating, we were left to figure out transportation for a big group with lots of luggage. I do not recommend. I’m still waiting for the refund, I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow.

I was expecting the shuttle to have the music playing as advertised but it did not. It was really just a normal shuttle.
