We had the BEST time tonight! The employees are so friendly and they don’t make you lock up your phone! They actually encourage you to take photos! Jayden and Rebecca took these pix of us and were wonderful helpers so we were able to escape😂🥳

We’ve done A LOT of escape rooms and this one was by far the most immersive. Our kids had a ton of fun doing Gold Rush. Conner and Marquette were very helpful and friendly. Our family will definitely be back!

I would definitely recommend this place! We did prison break and we didn’t have a big group, it was only 2 of us but we grouped up with other people, it was so fun! The workers are friendly and helpful! We’ve never been to an escape room, didn’t know what to expect, but it was worth it!

We had so much fun at the Depths!! Adriana was amazing, 10/10. Our kids (10, 8, and 6) had a great time helping to figure out all the clues. Would highly recommend!

We traveled to orlando for a vacation to do just escape rooms and we tryed this company. At first we were leary because you can be booked with strangers but we just went in and booked a room that was empty last minute and was just us. Im so glad that we gave them a try because there rooms were so fun and challenging with very good props and decorations. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We tryed gold rush, yeti, special ops, and the depths. Cant wait to come back next year and finish the rest of the games.

alec at the front desk was amazing super accommodating and great energy. we loved him. our group guide parker also had great energy and was very helpful when it came to giving clues. we had a great experience overall

Very amazing rooms and great game master Laura! We never have a bad time at the Escape game! Laura convinced us to make it a double game night by booking another room, and we’re so glad we did! We had Charlotte as our game master and she made us a personalized postcard to celebrate our anniversary! Truly a magical experience

Victor was awesome and tailored the experience perfectly for us. We ended up booking again to play a second game after our first one because the quality is so good and we loved the unique puzzles. Absolutely 12/10 recommend!

Leanna was such an amazing game guide and a kind person in general. My friends & I did prison break and we were able to escape. It was hard but super exciting and with the help of some clues we broke free! Laura was also very kind helping us check out after the game since we bought a shirt. Would definitely recommend this location & I will be going back to ask if Leanna could be my game guide again!

Sunshine is the absolute best! We had so much fun at the gold rush escape room! It was extremely well themed and just the right amount of difficulty! Sunshine was so sweet and made something personal for us to remember this great experience! We will definitely be back!!! Daniel at the front desk was super friendly too, just the best staff ever!!! Trinity and Charlotte were our game masters and they were the absolutely sweetest!!! We completed all four games at the Tamp Escape Games and would loved every second in the rooms!! My favorite were the Depth and Cosmic Crisis but ALL rooms were amazing and put together so well!!! The BIGGEST thank you to trinity and charlotte for helping us with a few clues and being apart of the fun🥰 if you’re thinking about trying their rooms - just do it. You won’t regret a single second

Don’t even know where to begin with this experience. Alec was our game master through all FOUR escape rooms this morning and was absolutely wonderful from start to end. Every game at the escape game is next level. This place truly is the “Disney of escape rooms.” Yeti is a new favorite out of the 9 we have done with this company, but they are all truly phenomenal. Our toddler behaved so well and had a blast, which was a happy surprise. She asked to do “5 more” as we were leaving. Alec was wonderful with her and even put together a backpack of souvenirs at the end that she has not stopped talking about since she got it. Sarah at the front desk was also just a total pleasure and wonderful to us and our girl. The escape rooms are 11/10 and the customer service is somehow even better. Could not recommend this place enough. But fair warning: you will be addicted.

It was our first time doing an escape room and we had a blast. Our room operator, Madison, was the best! She was extremely helpful throughout our time there. The rooms were extremely nice and really detailed and interactive. We will definitely be back again. Editing to later in the day: We had so much fun, we rebooked another room. Naomi was our game guide this time and she was amazing. The staff is so great and really made my birthday weekend feel so special. They even made hand made cards for me, which is the sweetest. I’ve now officially completed every single game at The Escape Game Orlando, and let me tell you — what an unforgettable experience from start to finish! I first came in July 2025 and tackled Heist with the incredible Katie as our Game Master. She was attentive, energetic, and truly elevated the whole experience. Katie made sure everything ran smoothly and added such a fun vibe to the game. Total pro! Just returned in August 2025 to take on the final challenge I hadn’t done yet — Prison Break — and it did not disappoint. Connor, aka “Eagle,” was our Game Master this time and absolutely nailed it. His enthusiasm, support, and professionalism took the experience over the top. And the coolest part? I was given a laminated Certificate of Completion, signed by Eagle himself! 💪🏾 Well done, sir! Also, shoutout to Steph at the front desk. She greeted me with such kindness and warmth — made me feel right at home. Her positive energy set the tone before the game even started. Steph, you rocked! I’m honestly going to miss this place — it’s been an epic journey. Hurry up and get new games, because I’m ready for round two! 🙌

I came to the escape room to celebrate something really meaningful — beating cancer — and Naomi made the entire experience even more special. With 12 in our squad (a mix of newbies and a few puzzle veterans), we managed to escape with just under 9 minutes left on the clock — which basically makes us valedictorians of recess, right? Our game master deserves a standing ovation. They struck the perfect balance between hands-off and helpful — nudging us just enough to keep momentum, but never spoiling the magic or dropping a flat-out answer. That kind of subtle guidance is an art form, and they nailed it. We had a larger party that were split into two groups completing the same game at the same time. Keith and Kaleigh were our guides and were AMAZING! The Heist was challenging but so much fun! We loved the multiple rooms. When booking over the phone, Alexia was so sweet and took her time explaining our options with a larger group. She was super helpful. We LOVED our experience and would recommend The Escape Game to anyone!

I recently had the opportunity to host a corporate fun event with my team during our co-location visit to Orlando. We wanted to do something truly exciting and capture the spirit of Orlando, but with limited time and unpredictable weather, it was a challenge to find the perfect activity. That’s when I reached out to Caroline about ‘The Escape Game.’ Initially, I was a bit skeptical about organizing an event for 40+ people, but Caroline and her team exceeded all expectations! She made the booking process seamless and helped select the best games to ensure everyone could participate. The entire team was absolutely delighted and had a fantastic time playing. The hospitality was top-notch, the staff were incredibly supportive, and the games themselves were simply amazing. A huge thank you to Caroline and the entire team for hosting us and making our event such a memorable success!

10/10 place to go for escape rooms . Tons of fun to be had and the employees are out of this world!!! Never had a better experience with the game masters and employees at an escape room before especially Jerome, he’s most definitely a fantastic guy!! Came in for a few games with friends for my birthday and he made it an amazing one to remember for ever!!! All the employees were super polite and friendly actually showed they cared to be there and love their jobs! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We first met Ashley, who greeted us with the warmest smile and made sure we felt completely comfortable and informed before starting. She was incredibly inviting and set the tone for what would become one of the best experiences we've ever had. Next, we met Caleigh, who introduced us to the "Playground" room. She was just as warm and friendly, walking us through everything and making us feel right at home. At one point, I accidentally spilled my drink, and without hesitation or frustration, Caleigh cleaned it up with a smile. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated. We had such a great time that we decided to do another room — "The Depth" — and that’s when we met Bella. What a burst of energy! She was an absolute delight, made us laugh, explained everything perfectly, and even asked if we were celebrating anything. When we told her it was my wife's birthday, she surprised us after the game with a birthday card signed by the entire staff. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant the world to us. We felt so welcomed and taken care of that we didn’t want the night to end. We bought t-shirts, another gift card, and are already planning our next visit to The Escape Game — this time in Nashville!
