I hired Evan for a dinner to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it was absolutely incredible! The food was delicious, Evan was super friendly, and he came prepared with everything needed for a smooth and easy setup. All of my guests couldn’t stop raving about the fantastic service. Our crawfish boil was hands down one of the best meals we've ever had in NOLA. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Crawfish—Evan truly made the evening unforgettable!

Booking Evan was a great experience for our group of 25. Not only did he boil up some great food including oysters, crayfish, snow crab, shrimp, and all the fixings, but he made it easy and painless to accommodate everyone. He helped clean up, brought plasticware, set up the table, and overall was just a fun guy to talk to. Highly recommend anyone looking for a seafood boil in the Nola area
