What is the age range for participants?

Accepted Answer

Students must be 18 years of age or older to attend any of our classes, events, or parties. The oldest participant to have taken one of our classes is 75! We have college students, mothers, and grandmothers attending our classes. Age ain’t nuthin’ but a number! As long as you are 18 and physically capable of exercise, you can dance with us. If there are any moves that are difficult for you to perform, your instructor will always find a way to help you modify them for your level of comfort.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, and all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as payments.

Question 3

Are all genders permitted to participate during private events?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  Regularly scheduled classes are only open to women since we were founded as a women's only gym, however, all genders are welcome to participate during private parties as long as we are notified before the event.
