Carly’s mat classes are INCREDIBLE! You bring your mat and she supplies any extra accessories you may need. I always feel so much stronger after leaving her classes, so I can only imagine how amazing I would feel after one of her reformer classes!

Synergy Pilates has been the BEST addition to multiples event I've hosted and attended. She is all over Nashville & the surrounding areas and her workouts are inclusive of people who never been on a mat/reformer to pilates professionals. You can tell she is really passionate about her job & it makes every event so uplifting and enjoyable. Will never book anyone else for bachelorette parties/birthdays/corporate events again!

Carly is a very thorough coach who is able to motivate me past what I thought I could accomplish, and she keeps energy levels high throughout the entire class to help us accomplish all our goals when we attend her sessions!
