Get wedding-ready together—without following the same routine. The Bridal Party Personalized Program Package gives each member of the bridal party her own customized fitness and nutrition plan designed around her individual goals, fitness level, available equipment, lifestyle, and limitations.

Each participant will receive a personalized workout program and nutrition plan she can follow remotely on her own schedule, while still sharing the motivation, accountability, and excitement of working toward healthier habits as a group.

Whether the goal is to feel stronger, improve confidence, build healthier habits, or simply feel amazing leading up to the big day, this experience lets everyone progress in a way that works for her body and her goals.
