• Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent setup, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive credit toward another date.

• Permit Policy: A $105 Walton County bonfire permit fee is required and must be paid at least 1½ weeks (10 days) before your scheduled event. This fee is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to the county to secure your beach permit.

• Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your bonfire once within 30 days of your original date if weather or emergencies arise.
