We had Emma as our instructor and she was amazing!! She knew the vibe of our group and made us feel so strong! Emma was so positive and even gave us recommendations to some local spots in the area! The class was the perfect level for our group and the music was spot on!

Highly recommend! Angela was an amazing instructor and the girls had a wonderful time.

Pushups + Prosecco is such a great idea to make it fun and convenient to get a work-out in on vacation! Such a fun experience to get more use out of your Airbnb when visiting a new city! They will give you as advanced of a class as you would like! Very customizable…even made us our own playlist! Can’t say enough great things about this company! No doubt all customers would be very satisfied!

One of our favorite experiences in Nashville. So fun to do with your bachelorette group. Erika & her team were great to communicate with. The workout itself was fun, tailored to multiple fitness levels, & such a great start to the day after an evening out. Can’t recommend enough!!

Our class with Pushups + Prosecco was awesome! Sarah was a great instructor - very funny, sweet, and offered lots of options for the exercises to make the class work for everyone. She was encouraging and asked a lot of questions to the group and about the bride. She even made a custom playlist! If you're searching for a unique workout experience, look no further!

We knew this was going to be an amazing experience, and it sure delivered! Erika customized our workout perfectly which was challenging but still relaxing. The music and vibes were 10/10 and afterwards I could tell we all felt amazing and energized for the rest of the weekend :) Highly recommend!

We had so much fun working out with Franny and Blair during our event! They were full of energy and provided a great workout for our group. I would definitely recommend bringing them in to any event if you're looking for a fun workout that is scalable for a diverse group

The workout was amazing! Meg was our trainer, and she was so sweet and personable. The workout was hard but still fun! We were left sore (which is what we wanted). The little polaroid shoot we did at the end was more fun than I expected. The music was great! I had to change locations last min bc it was hot, and the team was very accommodating and communicative. def recommend if you have a fit workout girlie bride!

I booked this for my friend’s bachelorette, and would rebook in a heartbeat. Erika and Morgan were so sweet and arrived early and got us all setup so quick. The class was a great workout on mats and I had multiple girls tell me this was their favorite activity we did that weekend. It’s such a fun concept and the service was amazing! Them coming to you makes it super easy to coordinate on your end, which is much appreciated.

Erika did an excellent job catering the workout to all levels of fitness, making it inclusive and accessible. The experience was definitely well worth the money spent, and it added a unique touch to our New Year's Eve celebration. I’d highly recommend booking P&P for any event, and we’ll definitely be booking again soon!

They were so easy to work with and customized the workout to us and what we wanted which was appreciated. I really can't recommend them enough, it was such a great event for our group!

This was the best addition to our bachelorette weekend, the workout was fun and tough and Erika is amazing! We had so much fun!!

Erika was AMAZING! I’d taken some of her other workout classes before and loved them, so I had high expectations. :) She and her teammate Rudi showed up 30min before our workout to set-up. They made a custom playlist for our Halloween weekend birthday party event, and shared it with us after. They took cute Polaroid photos and set up the mats beautifully for a great fall backyard workout. It was a highlight of our group’s weekend. Not too strenuous, but perfect to start out our festivities. Highly recommend for visitors and Nashville locals alike!
