What you'll do:

• Provide a list of recommendations on activities/dining/etc.

• Decor, swag, and favor sourcing if needed.

• BTB member will be on site coordinating with vendors and will do all decor set up.

  • Decor provided by BTB

    • Foam board backdrop that goes with theme

    • Elevated balloon garland to accompany foam board backdrop

    • 25 floor balloons

    • Bride balloons & bed balloons in the bridal suite

  • BTB will style and arrange client provided decor. If decor requires extensive assembly, installation, or additional setup time beyond the package scope additional charges may apply.

• Grocery haul & Fridge stocking.

• Please note all of the below:

  • Will need at least a one month notice prior to your party to review itinerary and coordinate with all vendors.

  • Package inclusions are based on standard setup requirements. Any requests involving excessive assembly, large-scale installations, or additional labor outside the package scope may incur an additional fee. All non-standard requests must be approved in advance.

  • Prices for packages do not include the cost of groceries or alcohol.
