Pottery Painting Party: Studio Pop-Up in Your Space

What you'll do:

It's a pottery painting party right at your door! I'll bring the supplies to your space and set up a studio pop-up with a variety of pottery pieces to choose from, as well as the necessary paints, brushes, table cover, tools, and some creative tips and tricks. Y'all can sit back and enjoy getting creative with friends, flag me down when you need more paint, ideas, or a top off!

Make it a challenge, or have it be a lazy Sunday brunch activity - artist's choice. Once our painting party is over, I'll clean up and take your masterpieces and a secondary location for final glazing and firing. Final ready-to-use pieces will be shipped to the host.

About this experience partner:

My name is Francesca (aka Frankie), and I'm a part Mexican, part Indian, full Texan mutt now residing in Austin. My goal is pretty straightforward: spark a little joy. I want to help YOU create things that instantly make you smile when you see them. They may not always turn out EXACTLY how you'd like, but hopefully the memory of making it with friends, or trying something new, will make you smile.

Additional information:

• All materials, tools, glazes, and firing are included for one pottery piece selected

• Before our event, I'll provide you with a "menu" of available pieces to select from

• Additional pieces per participant can be provided at an additional cost upon request

• Glazing and firing of the masterpieces takes around 2-3 weeks

• Price includes all items from the event being shipped to a host's address (additional shipping addresses are an additional cost)

• Parties usually last around 2-3 hours, depending on the group's speed

• Traveling within the Austin area (extra travel fees may apply to farther locations)

• Please know there are a lot of risks involved when handling clay and ceramics. We're working with mud, paint, and fire - naturally, there's a small risk of something going wrong in the process, resulting in cracks, bubbles, or shattering.
