• Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years or older to take part in any sauna, cold plunge, or cryotherapy session. We recommend guests be 21+ for bachelorette party bookings to ensure the full experience is available to your crew.

• Health & Safety: Cryotherapy and cold plunge experiences are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, or certain other medical conditions. All participants will be required to complete a brief health waiver prior to their session. It is the responsibility of each guest to consult with their physician before participating if they have any health concerns.

• Session Participation: Guests who are unable to complete a portion of the experience (sauna, cold plunge, or cryo) due to health reasons or personal preference are welcome to opt out of that specific element — no refunds will be issued for skipped sessions.

• Arrival Policy: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. Groups arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened experience, and the full booking fee will still be charged.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability.

• Group Size: This experience is designed for private group bookings. Minimum and maximum group sizes apply — please confirm your headcount at the time of booking to ensure proper accommodations.

• What to Bring: We recommend bringing a swimsuit and a change of clothes. Lockers, towels, wraps, and changing areas are available on-site.
