Do we all do the sauna, cold plunge, and cryo together as a group?

Yes! The entire experience is designed to be done together as a crew. The sauna and cold plunge are group settings so you can cheer each other on (or dramatically countdown together before the plunge). Cryotherapy sessions are done individually but back-to-back so the group stays together throughout.

How long is the full experience?

Accepted Answer

Plan for approximately 90 minutes from start to finish. This includes your sauna session, cold plunge, and cryo - plus transition time between each. Allow more time for customizations and add-ons.

What if someone in our group can't participate in one of the activities?

Accepted Answer

No worries at all. Guests can opt out of any individual element of the experience.
