Our experience with Matt and his team was absolutely exceptional. The thought and creativity that went into each and every dish was something you just cannot receive in a restaurant. The quality of his ingredients are next level and you can taste it in every bite. I would HIGHLY recommend to use Matt for your next event or even for a private intimate dinner at your home. He truly provides a next level experience!

We had an incredibly special evening with Chef Matthew, a gift we received to celebrate our engagement. The overall menu was designed with a lot of thought and each course was more amazing than the last. His personality, the way he described his dishes, and his evident passion for cooking made the experience truly magical. I highly recommend Chef Matthew for an intimate celebration, and I would trust him to host a larger gathering as well. Five stars all around!

Chef Matthew is amazing! We hired him for a 3 night corporate event and the presentation, variety, and most of all flavors were off the charts! Both Chef Matthew and his team displayed the utmost professionalism and were so helpful leading up to the dinners. We gave Chef Matthew the creative freedom to curate menus that would satisfy our guests different dietary needs and he ensured that there was plenty of food for everyone. I would definitely recommend Chef Matthew to anyone who is looking to elevate their dinner parties because he will deliver on every expectation!

The food was perfect and we tried some dishes we have never had before, now they are one of my favorites. Everything was perfect and couldn’t be happier!!! Chef Matthew was incredible and made our first experience with a private chef a memorable one. His culinary talent impressed us with each of our five courses. And considering how selective I am, I was extra impressed. Chef Matthew is not only a great chef, but his natural ease in the kitchen and level of engagement with us only added to the experience. We had Chef Matthew for my husbands 60th at our Airbnb in New Paltz! We had the best time! The food was so amazing, that even our most finicky eater tried foods he swore he hated!!!! We had a blast and the experience was very memorable. Chef Matthew is very knowledgeable and my family was so intrigued they asked Chef a lot of questions which he answered expertly and so patiently. Chef Matthew’s food was well worth it and he truly gives you the full Michelin five star experience. So glad we did it!!!
