We’re based in Palm Beach County and service all of South Florida. Delivery fees may apply outside of Palm Beach.

All of our packages include professional setup and styling so you can walk into a picture-perfect space without lifting a finger. We also offer delivery-only options for certain balloon garlands or smaller items.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date. Popular weekends (especially for bachelorettes) sell out quickly, so earlier is always better!

Can the décor be customized to my theme or colors?

Absolutely! Every package is fully customizable—we’ll match your vibe whether it’s disco glam, boho chic, bride tribe, or full-on birthday glam. We also offer custom backdrops, signage, and props for that extra Instagram-worthy moment.

How long does setup take?

Depending on the package, setup typically takes 1–3 hours. We’ll coordinate with you or your venue for the best arrival time.

Do you take everything down after the event?

Yes—our team will return for breakdown and pickup (unless otherwise noted). Balloon décor is yours to keep and enjoy for as long as it lasts.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event.

Can I add extra décor or upgrade my package later?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You can add balloon footage, faux florals, signs, custom cutouts, dessert display styling, and more. We’ll adjust your invoice accordingly.
