Question 1

What clothing should I wear?

Accepted Answer

No open-toed footwear is allowed. Please wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes suitable for light hiking. Please consider the weather and bring layers, as temperatures can change during your tour.

Question 2

Can children participate in one of your Nature Tours?

Accepted Answer

Yes! However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.

Question 3

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Dogs are not allowed on Margarita Adventures tours and our staff cannot watch your dog. Please do not leave your dog in the car as it is extremely warm here many months of the year. If you have questions about service animals, please contact our office.

Question 4

When should I arrive - and what if I am late?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your tour start time to check in and get oriented. Our tours leave right on time and if you are late you will miss the tour. We will do our best to reschedule you if you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances.

Question 5

What if it's raining?

Accepted Answer

Margarita Adventures will still run it's Nature Tours in light rain. Please do not assume that stormy weather prior to your tour means automatic cancellation with a full refund. Our vehicles are open air, so you will get wet. If you do not wish to go on a Nature Tour in the rain, please cancel within our cancellation policy window to be eligible for a full refund. We make the final decision on whether or not to cancel a tour based on safety and road condition considerations.  If we decide to cancel your tour in advance due to inclement weather, we will call you at the number you provided while making your reservation and will issue a full refund or reschedule your tour.
