We had the BEST day with Claudia as our guide and Jose as our driver. We have been on several tours throughout Mexico and Kay Tours was outstanding. Everything was planned perfectly. The timing was great and Claudia, our guide was so thoughtful and informative. I felt completely safe and knew we were in great hands. We went through the Mayan jungle and swam in 4 different cenotes. We had a traditional Mayan lunch that was delicious! Kay Tours was great to work with and Claudia and Jose really set them above the rest. Highly recommend!!

Just returned from a great trip today with Alex our very knowledgeable guide. We visited the Tulum Ruins, took a dip in a Cenote and final visit of the day was to snorkel with Turtle’s in Akumal. We all had a great day. Thank you

Yesterday my partner and I went on a tour with Kay Tours Mexico, and our guide, James, made it an unforgettable experience. We were picked up bright and early at 6:30am and didn’t get back to the resort until around 6:00pm, but the whole day was seamless and so well-organised. James took us first to Chichén Itzá, then to a beautiful cenote at Selva Maya, followed by a delicious meal at a local restaurant in Valladolid, where we also had time to walk around the town and take in the atmosphere. Throughout the day, James was exceptional. He always checked in with us to see if we needed breaks, offered drinks and snacks from the cooler they’d provided, and shared fascinating insights about the local culture. He even taught us some words in the Mayan language, which really added to the authenticity of the experience. His humour made the day even more enjoyable! We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our tour, and we highly recommend both Kay Tours Mexico and especially James as a guide. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely fun, ask for James – we’ll truly never forget him. Anthony & Emily

I would highly recommend Kay tours. It was easy to book, and change the booking when more of our family decided they wanted to come. We took the tulum/cenote tour and it was great! David was our tour guide, and on the ride to tulum gave us a lot of history about the mayas. At tulum, he took us around and told us about each site. The cenote was awesome. Again, David had tons of information about the ecobiology of cenotes, led us around, helped my son when he got scared, etc. highly recommend! Great tour and easy company to work with.
