What you'll do:

Bring the movement and recovery to your party crew with a customized yoga, workout, or fusion of both experiences, followed by options like IV therapy hang, fresh cold-pressed juices, mimosas & more to meet all your altitude & weekend needs. Yoga and fitness offerings are carefully crafted from fun and flow to chill and slow. We host offsite or in-studio, with larger parties in the gym. A unique playlist created for your group, including some songs of the group’s choice & playlists, is available even after your event! The crew that moves & soothes together grooves together! The bach pack is for ALL party people!!
