After enjoying entertaining, decorating, and hosting events, St Pete Picnic Co wanted to bring curated picnics that she has hosted to everyone. St Pete Picnic Co was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic when Rachel saw the opportunity to offer Tampa Bay area residents a socially distanced alternative for get togethers, dates, and events.
St Pete Picnic Co currently offers picnics all over the Tampa Bay for both residents and tourist alike.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All reservations are non-refundable but eligible for reschedule. In the event of rain or bad weather, the client has up to 72 hours prior to the picnic date to decide if they want to reschedule the event. If client needs to cancel due to non weather related reasons they lose full deposit prior to 72 hours of scheduled picnic date. St. Pete Picnic Co. will not be able to assemble in bad weather and will offer the client to reschedule at a later date and can make the call day of picnic (If client chooses not to cancel on their own). If the client is a FL resident they have a 6 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value. If the client is a non-resident they have 1 year to reschedule at any open, available date. St. Pete Picnic Co. will apply the Client's original deposit toward the rescheduled event if it is within the appropriate time frame of the original picnic date.
How long is my reservation?
2 hours, any additional time exceeding 30 minutes is $50 per hour.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes you may bring whatever you'd like! We charge a $25 cork fee for alcohol and provide an ice bucket, wine key and wine cups. If you are bringing your own food, we will provide plates, napkins and utensils. If you would like to order take out from a local restaurant and have it ready for you at your picnic, we charge a $25 pick up fee. *Please keep in mind, no glass bottles on the beach! We serve canned wine only for beach locations*
Do you host picnics at other locations?
Yes! Let us throw your party, set up & clean up! As long as it is within Pinellas County, allow alcohol if you are drinking, and give us an easy access to load and unload our cart into your desired picnic spot! Additional travel fees may apply.
What is included in the initial set up price?
Includes full picnic set up for 2 hours, choice of theme and location, low pallet table, blankets, rugs, pillows and place settings for each guest, decor, water, and clean up. Food, drink, & other add ons are extra with the option to bring whatever you'd like. We charge a $25 cork fee which includes ice bucket, wine key and wine cups.

Can you host large parties over 8?
We only have the capacity to host parties of 8, (10 if you don't mind the squeeze at our table!). Parties 6+ are limited to park picnics only.
Do you have any Vegan or Gluten Free options?
Brooklyn South Deli Charcuterie and Cheese boxes offer Gluten Free crackers, and for Vegan options or any other dietary restrictions we are happy to accommodate food from any local restaurant for a $25 pick up fee.

When I started this company I wanted to keep my brand true to the meaning of picnics. A picnic is a blanket on the ground with yummy food, good company, and surrounded by the beauty of nature. A picnic is small, intimate, romantic and cozy. St. Pete Picnic co. is the first established picnic company in the St. Pete area that was born out of the covid pandemic! We have received countless raving reviews and offer the best value compared to other companies.
