It is an optional add-on to the Heart-Opening Guided Meditation with Sharing Circle, Cacao, and Sound Bath experience.
What do we need to prepare for this experience?
You will need a large enough space, either indoor or outdoor, for participants to comfortably circle up and lie down for the sound bath. Please also inform Solshine of any dietary restrictions.
