A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants 'bathe' in the sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums, and singing bowls. It is an optional add-on to the Heart-Opening Guided Meditation with Sharing Circle, Cacao, and Sound Bath experience.

You will need a large enough space, either indoor or outdoor, for participants to comfortably circle up and lie down for the sound bath. Please also inform Solshine of any dietary restrictions.
