About this experience partner:

Koshō was born out of an idea to bring a fun, energetic Japanese-style Izakaya that would serve small plates, Shabu Shabu, and elevated cocktails into the heart of Nashville. Operating Partner Nick Aguilar could think of no better place than Nashville to make this dream a reality.

Joining forces with long-term mentor and restaurateur, Jeff Chon of California, Nick recognized that he had plenty of talent and insight at his disposal to successfully operate his own concept in Tennessee. By experimenting with new Japanese cooking techniques and prioritizing an experience of high-level hospitality, koshō has since grown from its California roots to flourish in Music City.
