Every ingredient he brought was fresh and high quality, and you could immediately tell how much care and attention he puts into his work. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and he made the whole evening feel special, fun, and memorable! They were very professional, responsive and reasonably-priced. Most importantly, their food is delicious. My daughter said it was the best sushi she’s ever had. Having hired Asian fusion catering for my birthday party, I didn't realize how easy it would be for me. Everything was done for me from appetizers to the sushi rolls salad and a dish for those who don't eat fish. He even brought his own rice maker and prepared the sushi right in from of us.
