Reviews for Napa Valley Wine Tour: 3 Wineries, Lunch & Limo Bus

Called Dean this morning for a spontaneous trip to Napa. He worked so hard to try to get a last minute driver, offered to book our reservations and rang around wineries finding last minute tasting bookings available. We ended up driving ourselves and taking his recommendations, but will be 100% booking with them for next weekend. Next-level customer service. Could not rate you highly enough. Thank you Dean and team!!

Our party of 3 had an incredible time in Napa Valley, orchestrated by Extraordinary Tour Services. Dean and Jo made sure it was an unforgettable day for my family. Pick up and drop off at our Hotel in SF was a great perk. From start to finish, everything was perfect.

Enjoyed a day of wine tasting in Livermore Valley for my birthday. Brought the whole family -- my husband and two little fur babies! Yes, they were fine with having the dogs along for the ride. Everything about Livermore was new to me. It was fun to explore without having to drive and everything was planned for us, including lunch, tasting fees and tip. There was nothing to do but enjoy!!

Loved our experience with Extraordinary Tours! Dean was so helpful in organizing the perfect day for our family to have a fun day in Sonoma! He did all the planning and wine tour reservations and created the day based on the few things I said we wanted. The van was comfortable and made the trip so fun to all be together without us needing a designated driver! Thanks so much!!

This was the 2nd time that I've booked a wine bus service with eXtraordinary Tour Services. Both times we've received excellent and accommodating services. We booked a party style bus for a group of 7 to Kenwood from the Marina. Our driver Paula was a star and we really appreciate the above & beyond service. Each time we've known which wineries we wanted to book but if you do not know, Dean was ready to make recommendations each time. I would recommend booking with Dean as you will not be disappointed!

Best tour service in the Bay Area. They greet you with champagne to kick the ride off right. Our driver was extremely knowledgeable about the Livermore Valley and their winery recommendations were perfect! We loved the tour and the owner Dean.

We had the best day in Livermore Valley with Dean of Extraordinary Tour Services! Dean was incredibly accommodating of our group and ensured we had the best experience possible at each stop. We will definitely book Dean again for future winery and brewery tours!

Quick to respond, easy booking, great price. Our driver was kind, prompt, and communication was easy. We had a fabulous day wine tasting in Livermore. Extraordinary Tours took care of everything & made our time enjoyable. Will definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from Dean before the event and chauffeur, Reina the day of our event. Everything went smoothly with timely service and warm and friendly hospitality.

We had a great experience! The day was very organized and our bus driver was amazing. Coordinating with Dean to plan the day was very easy and he was super accommodating to my busy schedule! Would definitely go through this company again for wine tasting!!

Our wine tour with Extraordinary tours was fantastic. Dean was amazing in coordinating every single detail, discussing winery options with me, and choosing an amazing lunch. Our driver Calvin was so nice and helpful throughout the day, picked us up from San Francisco and brought us back at the end of the tour. The wineries we went to were in Sonoma and they were gorgeous, the wines were perfect (and they were thoughtful enough to offer us indoor tastings and white wines considering the 100 degree weather at the time) and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this company and I’d use them again for future events!

We used ETS for our rehearsal dinner and wedding in August...they were great. The drive to our venue was long and curvy and we didn't want our guests navigating after the celebration in the dark. We were able to relax and enjoy knowing that our guests were in good hands. Dean was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Would highly recommend especially if you don't know the area. They handled everything to make our day a breeze.

First of all, this review is long overdue. We went on our wine tour a few months ago and had THE BEST time!!! I initially reached out to Extraordinary Tour Services with questions regarding a tour for our group of nine. We just wanted to have a nice girls day out so we thought a wine tasting tour would be perfect. They always responded in a timely manner and were extremely helpful in every way. They even accommodated our friends who had dietary restrictions. We went to 3 beautiful Livermore wineries that day - McGrail, Retzlaff, & Mitchell Katz. ETS made reservations for us at each one and our lovely driver, Joe, checked us in first at each stop before letting us out of the vehicle. We just walked right in and they sat us right away - no waiting! They had a Mexican food company doing the lunch that day, which took place at Retzlaff. We had a reserved table outside underneath these big beautiful trees. It was such a perfect lunch! We had such a great time that day all thanks to ETS. I would definitely book another tour with this company! Highly recommend! :)

Dean took our group of 6 to Napa for wine tasting. Dean organized the whole day complete with picnic lunch at a nice outdoor setting at one of the wineries. The best thing about this experience was that Dean has a 6 passenger van complete with 1970s style bucket seats. More comfort and more social than a limo. I will try him for a Livermore wine region trip soon

We did the Livermore Wine Country tour (who knew there was so much good wine in Livermore?) and it was a blast! Two of the three wineries - Mitchell Katz and Retzlaff - were absolutely amazing for us (McGrail wasn't quite our speed - it's a bit busy there). The provided lunch - sandwiches, chips, and cookies - was fine. We were in such beautiful places, and drinking so much good wine, that no one cared much about food. I would consider bringing a picnic next time. One of the best things about the tour was our driver, Jack, who is a truly sweet person. He made us feel absolutely taken care of all day. He even arranged for a cake for our birthday girl! Overall a really fun time, totally worth the money, and would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. Dean was communicative, responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. The driver showed up early and was also communicative. I would definitely recommend.

Such an incredible experience all around. Amazing service, suggestions, lunch and very knowledgable driver. Highly recommend Extraordinary Tour Services for your Napa wine tour!

Hannaah was top!!!!! the tour was so much fun, and she made things so smooth, she was part of our big crew! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience, we were a big group of MBA students and we had a good time in Napa Valley. Visited two vineries and ate at a nice restaurant in between.

My wife and I went to the Napa area for our honeymoon, from IL. We were recommended eXtraordinary Tour Services through a family member. Dean was nothing shy of the best! Every bit of our two day winery tours were uniquely special. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great, yet relaxing trip!

Working with Extraordinary Tour Services for our wedding was a pleasure. Dean, our main point of contact, was incredibly helpful. We provided him with our itinerary, timeline, and locations, and he effectively communicated this to our driver for the day, Ej. Ej, our driver, was exceptional, demonstrating courtesy, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire event. We extend our gratitude to the Extraordinary Tour Services team for their services, ensuring that all our guests arrived at their destinations safely and on time.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Extraordinary Tour Services - from start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, and made the entire day feel effortless and fun. The wineries we visited were stunning, and the wines were outstanding across the board. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or just looking for a memorable day out, this tour delivers on every level. We've already been recommending it to friends and family and will absolutely be back. Don't hesitate - book it!

Dean was very helpful in planning our tour and with its smooth execution . Jo was our guide/ driver. He was also very proficient.

Dean & xtra ordinary tour services were the best we could have chosen for our event . Our event needed shuttle service nonstop from a particular location on a mountainous road . Something that really impressed me with dean is that instead of sending me a quote right away he called to ask about the plan and what I needed . This was really important to me Because we had very specific instructions . He was also very responsive and took the time to listen to our concerns and questions . There is truly no other shuttle service that I could recommend for your event !

Our group had the best time in Napa with our all-inclusive wine tour! Extraordinary Tour Services were friendly, informative, & communicative throughout the entire process to ensure that we knew what to expect. I communicated with Dean for the planning of this trip. This was our first time in Napa for a bachelorette party, so he made sure to assist us in any way possible by answering any questions we had. We also requested specific tours to see if we were able to go to them & they were the ones who reached out for us! It was truly a no hassle experience! They were also prompt for arrival & departing the wineries! We also asked the tour driver to stop at the Napa Valley sign and he did so without any hesitation. Highly recommend using them for tour services!

Excellent trip, very flexible with last minute changes and went out of their way to make us happy.

Mr Calvin was on time. He showed all the sites plus more that we wanted to see and was very informative during the tour. Dean was very professional and called or text several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Maryann and Tre provided exceptional service on our Livermore wine tour. We felt completely cared for and were catered to like rock stars. Each of the wineries accommodated us by providing education on their wines and pairing recommendations. Absolutely grateful for Extraordinary, highly recommend!

We organized a 50th birthday celebration and utilized Extraordinary Services to orchestrate at Livermore wineries for 18 adults. Dean and his team organized the entire day, and everything was fantastic. I really appreciated their communication and knowledge to make the event memorable and easy!

Hannaah was so nice and we loved the day tour!

eXtraordinary Tour Services is great!! Dean organized our team offsite in Napa and was able to provide a flawless experience (even with all-day pouring rain!). Dean also happily accommodated a second pickup/dropoff location for our team members who live in the East bay in his clean and spacious coach van for no extra charge. We went to Domaine Carneros, Sterling and Rutherford Hills and all were 10/10 experiences with great wine! The included lunch was gourmet sandwiches, chips and pasta salads and our whole team loved it. Dean went above and beyond to make sure that our group was comfortable and enjoyed our day and we could not have asked for a better Napa experience. Thanks Dean!

I enjoyed planning our day with Dean. He has many suggestions and ideas, we will likely use his service again!

We recently celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday in Livermore, and it was an absolutely perfect day—thanks to Dean and his incredible planning! From the moment we reached out, Dean was responsive, professional, and full of great advice to help shape the celebration. He took care of everything—transportation, winery bookings, wine tastings, and even food recommendations—and it all came together seamlessly. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, and each place offered a unique and memorable experience. The wine was amazing, the food was delicious, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Dean clearly knows the Livermore area well and has great relationships with the local wineries. His attention to detail and dedication to making the day special really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a milestone birthday. Highly recommend!

Thank you Extraordinary Tour Services! You made planning my all staff retreat a breeze. Dean went above and beyond to ensure my team was taken care of last week. His team made sure to provide additional snack for our trip since lunch was going to be later in the day. He was also mindful of our dietary restrictions for some of our staff. The winery he connected us with was also amazing. We appreciate the time and effort it took to make this trip run smoothly. 10/10 would definitely use this group again!

Wonderful experience! Dean and his team were able to arrange a tour that including 3 different wineries that all had different characteristics. Lunch was amazing. Our driver, Jo, was even better. Dean communicated the whole way and made sure it was a memorable experience. I will definitely contact him when back in Napa.

AMAZING TOUR!! Dean did such a fabulous job planning our wine tour in Napa, which I’m sure was not an easy task as there were 15 of us!! The communication was on point & they were there to make sure everything ran smoothly! The day could not have been more perfect, we were picked up from our AirBnB in an amazing limo bus (Calvin our driver was great!!!). We toured 3 wineries: Castello di Amorosa, Rutherford Ranch (shout out to Doug!!! Aka Doug- a- lipa 😜) , and Chandon. All were so great in their own special way! Lunch was also included in our tour from Bouchon Bakery (everyone in our group LOVED their lunches). Everyone that we encountered was accommodating & super friendly. Dean made it so seamless and carefree leading up to the day of the event & especially on the day of! We all really were able to enjoy ourselves without the stress of planning etc. We will without a doubt be back, so get ready for us !!! 10/10 would recommend!! Book now for an amazing experience !!

Had our company off site with Extraordinary Tour Services and it turned out amazing! The venues were beautiful with great wines, our host for the day, Hannaah, was super fun and friendly. Definitely highly recommended!

Dean was absolutely fantastic! He took care of everything from start to finish. We had 20 folks from our team join a wine tasting day in Livermore and everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Dean was so helpful in scheduling the wine tour and transportation for my bachelorette party in Sonoma! He was very communicative throughout the entire process and booked 3 gorgeous wineries for us to have tastings at. He really listened to what we were looking for and delivered! Our driver was also fantastic - he was prompt and so nice! The sprinter van was great as well - it fit our group perfectly. I really can't recommend Dean and his team more! We had so much fun!

Dean Kanat at Extraordinary Tours did an incredible job organizing our Winery Tour of the Livermore Valley. Kalisha, our professional driver was exceptional. Always smiling and kept us on schedule. The 3 wineries of choice I would highly recommend: Wente Vineyards, McGrail Vineyards and Ruby Hill Winery. Each offered magnificent properties, informative Sommeliers and wine choices. My guests have been on other winery tours in California and truly said this was their favourite to date. Highly recommend, it’s a must do!

Extraordinary Tours was amazing! We had a team building event in Livermore today and it was so much fun!! Dean made sure everything was planned perfectly and communicated everything to us! We just had to worry about having a great time! Our driver Lamont was also great. He was very courteous, friendly, and made sure he got us there and back safely through the storm. Highly recommend Extraordinary Tours!

We planned a bridal party of 11 ladies with them and they helped us planned all details which included a sprinter picking us up at our neighborhood/ 3 wineries wine tasting & nice boxed lunch. Also provided a delicious cake for celebration. We truly enjoyed our time and would use them again for future such events. 👍 …

We had a great time! Beautiful bus! Smooth trip! And very reasonably priced! Will definitely book again on any future trips. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Was extremely worried about planning this since I’ve never done something like this before, but Dean was so kind and patient with me even when there were change in plans and a lot of errors along the way. Would highly recommend, my group had a great time on our way to prom!
