Incredible experience, Chef JJ came to our air bnb and it made for an excellent evening in my bachelorette weekend. He was very professional and FUN! Did a lot of cool tricks including ones I had never seen before and I have had a lot of hibachi in the past. The food was cooked well and he was able to accommodate one of my friends who is gluten free and another who is a vegetarian. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
