What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is based on the food total amount. Typically anywhere from $30-$100
Is there a minimum spend required?
For delivery the minimum is $150 but if you are picking up the the order no minimum is required.
Can you create a custom menu for me? I don't see what I want on the menu.
YES, please let us know what your looking for and we can try to accommodate. Our current menu features the items that are most popular. Our chef is very creative and happy to work with you on a personalized order for your event.
Do you have a bakery?
Although we do bake many items like cookies, scones, muffins and cinnamon rolls we don't have a fully operating bakery. We don't make custom cakes or pies.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We ask that orders be submitted 2 days prior to event. There are a few items that are available for last minute ordering needs, just ask !

If I need to cancel my order to you give refunds?
Once an order is paid we typically do not offer refunds.
When do I need to pay for my order?
We ask that the order be paid in full at least 2 days before the event. Once paid it will be submitted to chef and delivery will be set if needed.
Do you have staff that will help at my event?
Plums cafe does not offer full service catering. We will create a beautiful menu for you that you can pick up or have delivered. With direction the delivery drivers are happy to set out the food for you.
Do you rent out chafing dishes or china?
No, we do not provide rentals. All orders are packaged in disposable containers for your convenience. Cold items are mindfully presented and ready to serve—just remove the lid and place on your table. Hot items are delivered in tin trays and are best enjoyed within 30 minutes of arrival. These trays are oven-safe and also fit easily into standard chafing dishes, should you have your own.
Can Plums Cafe be rented out after hours?
Yes! Plums Café is available after hours for private events. Our space is beautifully modern and elegant, making it the perfect backdrop for your celebration. For more information, please contact Lindsey@plumscafe.com
