Do we need shoes?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We recommend socks or barefoot. However, if you would feel more comfortable or have an injury, you are more than welcome to!

Question 2

Do I need to bring mats or equipment?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We have Lululemon mats here at the studio along with all of the equipment you could possibly need. Just bring yourself, work out clothes you can move in, and a water bottle (although we have cups and a water fountain here if you forget)!

Question 3

Do I need to be an intense exercise person to take a class here? How advanced should I expect it to be?

Accepted Answer

SaltDrop is accessible to ALL levels! Making it the perfect class for large groups that may have a wide range of abilities. The instructors will always offer and encourage modifications to make it the workout that you need it to be, making it easy to level up or down. But don't worry, we will definitely still challenge you and make you sweat (in a non-intimidating way)!

How long is the class?

Accepted Answer

Classes are 45 minutes, but we budget in the extra 15 minutes for you to take advantage of our gorgeous lobby space to cool down and mingle after class. If you are interested in a longer experience, let us know!
