What’s the difference between Lagree and Mat Pilates?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout using a Megaformer machine to build strength, endurance, and balance. Mat Pilates is done on the floor with bodyweight and small props for core-focused movement and mobility. Both are amazing for toning and total-body sculpting!

Do we need to bring anything?

Just your crew, activewear, and water! For Lagree classes, grippy socks are required (available for purchase at the studio if you forget). Mat classes are barefoot or socks optional. We have rentals available for mats as well.
