Will you come to our house/Airbnb to do the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  We can curate the class experience based on where you are staying and how feasible the space is to work within.  We can also offer outdoor alternatives provided you have transportation or partner with a transportation service.

Question 2

Is this yoga class for beginners?

Accepted Answer

We're yoga for everyone!  While there are some poses and sequences that will get your heart rate pumping and having you feeling strong, we are adamant that everyone feel comfortable in all of the positions and show modifications as needed.  There is *nothing* wrong with toppling over and laughing or taking a break from a pose if that's what the moment calls for!

Do we need to have our own equipment?

Accepted Answer

No!  We bring mats, blankets, cleaners, etc. You just bring your sweet selves!
