Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come back to tear down the decor?
Teardown is not included, however if your package includes rental items (like shimmer walls, arches, or stands) we'll schedule a teardown and pickup at the end of your event. This can also be added as an upgrade for your convenience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date and allow time to finalize custom details. For busy seasons (spring and summer bachelorette weekends, or the holiday season), we suggest reserving even earlier.
Do I need to be there during setup?
Nope! We coordinate everything with your check-in details so the decor is complete before your arrive. That way, you and your group can walk into a fully styled space and start celebrating right away!
How long will the balloons last?
Indoor balloon garlands typically last up to a week, depending on conditions. If you'd like the balloons to be fresh for multiple days of celebrating, let us know - we can recommend the best installation timing.
