Come in your cutest activewear! For all Aerial parties, we recommend long-sleeve tops and tights. These keep you comfortable throughout the experience and minimise discomfort.

Sound bath or Yoga? How do I choose?

Aerial Soundbath lets you relax and unwind in our hammocks, soaking up soothing frequencies and floating effortlessly in the air.

Aerial Yoga is more dynamic, designed to open and stretch the body in a gentle flow supported by our aerial hammocks.
