What you'll do:

Each appointment offers one and a half hours of access to authentic wood-burning Finnish saunas, with intense heat, the soothing scent of natural wood, and premium cold plunge tubs. It’s a true sensory escape, delivering a complete contrast therapy circuit in a tranquil outdoor setting. There is an indoor changing area and outdoor showers available in a tech-free, community space. Digital Detox paradise.

Towels are included in your service, but feel free to align with our sustainability effort and bring a towel, reusable water bottle, and your own clean sauna shoes.

  • We are open for 75-minute parties during regular business hours (Mondays: 4-10 pm, Thursdays: noon - 10 pm, Fridays: Noon - 10 pm, Saturdays: 9 am-10 pm, Sundays: 9 am-10 pm)

  • We are open for full-length private parties on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please contact us at 317.608.9952 for private parties (3-hours and $500 minimum required)
