Great place for tequila tasting.

The people were so nice and knowledgeable about tequila we did the full tasting experience and it was amazing. It was a great overall experience and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to either learn more about tequila or enjoy/purchase good tequila should go. They even have options at the end for non tequila drinkers all around a treat experience.

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this mixology class in Cabo—it was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and brought such great energy the entire time. The class was the perfect mix of fun and learning. We got to try a wide variety of tequilas and learned so much about the differences between them, which made the experience even more interesting. And the cocktails—wow! Not only were they delicious, but they were also creative and unique, and now I actually feel like I can recreate some of them at home. What really made it unforgettable, though, was the staff. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. They kept everyone laughing, involved, and having a great time from start to finish. If you’re in Cabo, this is an absolute must-do. Whether you’re a tequila lover or just looking for a fun, memorable experience, you won’t regret it!

Great experience with the family. Was very impressed with the knowledge shared about Mezcal. Thought I knew enough but was surprised. Great Mezcal options and great Mezcal experience for my whole family. Enjoy the cocktails if you don’t want just Mezcal tasting. And don’t be afraid of the grasshoppers or Scorpion or Snake Mezcal. Grabbed a bottle of the scorpion Mezcal because it was my favorite.

An absolutely incredible experience. We did a tequila and mezcal tasting, and it was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of the trip. Ros was simply wonderful: warm, friendly, and with a super welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the very first moment. She explained the entire process to us with great detail and passion, answering every question and ensuring we learned a lot without it ever feeling tedious. We tasted a wide variety of tequilas and mezcals, from more traditional options to more unique ones, and their selection of bottles is impressive. You can tell the care and attention that went into putting the experience together. Everything was really, really, really cool and highly recommended. If you're in the area, it's a must-visit. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Rosemary is amazing, so knowledgeable and thoughtful. We spent an hour tasting and talking about Tequila. By far my best Tequila experience in Cabo in over 20 years of buying and drinking Tequila.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable the team was. We learned so much about agave, tequila, and mezcal, and their passion for sharing the history and craftsmanship behind each spirit made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a fun, unique, and delicious experience, this is a must-do. Highly recommend!

Ariel gave us an excellent tequila tasting experience. He was knowledgeable, clear, and really took the time to explain the differences between the tequilas in a way that was easy to understand without feeling rushed or salesy. I brought my entire family of 16 people to agave elite for a cocktail making (Mixology) class. We had a wonderful time, learned a ton about tequila and Mezcal, and made some delicious cocktails, that we never would have otherwise tried at your typical bar. A super fun experience and I recommend the cocktail class to anyone looking for a unique experience in Cabo.

Five stars does not feel like enough. My wife and I came in during our trip to Cabo to celebrate her 40th birthday, and Ariel and Rosemary turned a tequila tasting into the highlight of our entire trip. Both of them know agave inside and out. Not just the marketing version either. Real depth on the distilleries, the NOM numbers, the regions, tahona versus roller mill extraction, why highland and valley agave taste different. Rosemary walked us through it in a way that was easy to follow without ever talking down to us. They even have their own brand of tequila and it is spectacular, absolutely worth trying while you are there. Ariel is the reason this review exists. He went far above and beyond what we paid for, making sure my wife felt celebrated on her birthday and that we walked away with more than we came for. He capped the night with a pour of a reposado with 24k gold flakes and a personal message for the two of us. The timing of that message hit exactly where we are in this season of our lives, and it meant more to us than he probably realizes. If you are in Cabo, skip the tourist trap tasting rooms and come here. Ask for Ariel. You will leave knowing more about tequila than you expected and feeling like family.

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would! Rosemary is an excellent shop owner who curates the perfect experience to truly understand agave and its derivatives, tequila and mezcal. Never before have I had such an in depth and amazing tequila and mezcal lesson, and I’m so glad I was brought into the light on these incredible spirits. Ariel our guide, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. My whole family had one of the best nights of our trip taking the full experience, and I recommend it to anyone who has any interest in tequila! Don’t be turned away by the price, after you go through the experience you will be saying that it was money well spent! Support Rosemary in her business endeavor and help spread the word. She gathers her spirits from family distributors, so you won’t find her selection anywhere else in Mexico. This is a gem and I will be coming back every time I visit Baja to support her and the artisanal makers she supports.

What an amazing experience! This is so much more than just a tequila tasting. She is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what she does. She taught us so much about tequila and helped us taste some truly exceptional bottles that we never would have discovered on our own. We came here two times during our Cabo trip and loved all of our drinks. We stopped by the first time while walking and saw they offered mezcal drinks which caught our attention. We each got to try different cocktails which came with some nuts. My favorite was Eric's dinner and the best part was they got my aunt some churros to celebrate her birthday during our second stop. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Cabo.
