A: Nope! EMS is low-impact but super effective  it works for all fitness levels. Just bring energy and a smile!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. A long-sleeve top with leggings or a 3/4 sleeve shirt with leggings is required for training.

Is this safe for everyone?

EMS is safe for most adults, but please let us know about any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.

How long does the entire experience last?

Accepted Answer

Plan for approximately 60–90 minutes, including your 20-minute EMS workout and time to enjoy the curated pop-up stations, take photos, and celebrate with your group.

Can we customize the pop-up activities for our group?

Yes! Pop-up offerings may vary based on availability, and we'll do our best to create a fun experience for your group. If you have a special request or celebration, let us know in advance and we'll see what's possible.
