About this Experience

What you'll do:

This is more than a traditional sound bath—it is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience, where each session is designed with intention and care, blending immersive sound with complementary elements that support grounding, reflection, and nervous system regulation. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational tools, the sound bath creates a calming environment that invites the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.

Depending on the event, the sound experience may be paired with elements such as a guided tea or cacao ritual, gentle, creative or reflective activities, Reiki or energy-based support, and quiet integration time. These additions are intentionally woven into the experience to enhance presence and connection without overstimulation.

What to expect:

Guests are invited to settle into a comfortable position—lying down or seated—while a gentle soundscape unfolds around them. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools, sound is played in slow, intentional layers to create an immersive and calming environment.

As the experience progresses, the combination of sound, vibration, and quiet stillness encourages the nervous system to soften. Many people notice their breath slowing, their body relaxing, and their attention turning inward. There is nothing to “do” during a sound bath—guests are simply invited to rest, listen, and allow the experience to unfold in their own way.

Periods of sound are often balanced with moments of silence, giving the body and mind time to integrate. Toward the end of the experience, the sound gradually tapers off, allowing guests to return gently and at their own pace.

A brief moment of quiet integration often follows, giving space to notice how the body feels before transitioning back into the day or celebration.

Each sound bath is slightly different, shaped by the space, the group, and the intention of the gathering, but the overall experience is designed to feel grounding, supportive, and deeply restorative.

Why we love it for your party:

  • A unique way to bring people together while creating a moment of ease and connection within a celebration (Unlike traditional party activities that require constant engagement, a sound bath invites guests to slow down, relax, and be fully present—making it accessible and enjoyable for a wide range of personalities)

  • It adds intention and depth to a gathering without feeling heavy or formal (Whether woven into a birthday, milestone celebration, or private event, a sound bath creates a shared experience that feels memorable and meaningful, while still leaving room for joy, conversation, and connection)

  • Starting a celebration with a sound bath helps set the tone for the entire gathering (It gives guests a moment to arrive fully, release the day, and transition into the experience with presence and ease)

  • Before a celebration begins, people often arrive carrying different energies—busy schedules, stress, or distraction (A sound bath offers a shared pause that gently brings everyone into the same space, helping the group feel more connected from the very beginning)

From intimate celebrations to larger group events, we help shape experiences that integrate sound, sensory elements, and restorative practices in a way that feels cohesive and refined.

Our approach blends careful planning with a strong attention to atmosphere and flow. Every detail—from pacing and energy to environmental touches and guest experience—is considered, ensuring each event feels grounded, engaging, and aligned with its purpose.

Private events with Choose You Therapy are ideal for hosts and organizations seeking meaningful, well-executed experiences that support connection, presence, and well-being—without the burden of managing the details alone.
