Relaxing Yoga in Forsyth Park! After several days of walking and bike riding it was nice to stretch and relax. We had never done yoga outside this was the 1st it was great, teacher was very good!

Kathleen was an excellent instructor. The class was in a beautiful location under the live oaks. She brings everything you need for the practice. It was a wonderful way to begin our day!

Kathleen was our instructor, and her presence was truly delightful! I never realized how much I needed yoga until I found myself in a downward dog pose beneath the majestic Spanish moss-draped trees on a serene Saturday morning in Forsyth Park with my friends. The experience was simply wonderful. I can't help but wish we could practice yoga in Forsyth Park every Saturday morning, but alas, we reside about 3 hours away in Gainesville, FL. To conclude the yoga session, Kathleen shared a beautiful Mary Oliver poem that left a profound impact on me. That moment will stay with me always.

Our instructor Kathleen was just wonderful. She had a fantastic energy…calm and grounded. She brought some new poses to my routine that I’m excited to take forward in my practice and overall we had such a magical practice in Forsyth park! And we were able rearrange the time of class due to the rain which was much appreciated. Thank you!

Kathleen personalized all the yoga flow for us. She was by far the best yoga instructor that I’ve had in a long time. They thoughtfully texted us ahead of time and notified us that a different day would be better because there was going to be rain on the day we chose. She made it special for my best friend and i. She was funny and fun. The weather was beautiful and the park was a gorgeous place to do yoga.

KT led a friend and I through a yoga in the park class and I cannot recommend her enough. Neither of us had any experience with yoga, but she was able to keep us relaxed and comfortable throughout. Overall a fantastic experience. I'm already planning to try the paddleboard yoga next!

Kathleen was awesome! We had a beautiful, relaxing morning in the park. It was much needed after drinking all day and night the day before. Highly recommend doing this a morning in the middle of your trip to regroup! Doesn’t matter if you have never done yoga or if you are a pro at it.

Yoga with KT was one of our favorite Savannah events! In town for a family wedding, we organized a yoga class in Forsyth park for a group of 10. KT made sure the class was enjoyable and safe for all, novice to super yogi. She also took time afterwards to help our surfers find an appropriate beach. KT was professional, kind and informative (local knowledge just can’t be beat!). Her class was the perfect “reset button” to begin a relaxing wedding weekend after a stressful prep and travel day. Thanks KT!

Experiencing a yoga class for the first time was awesome thanks to KT's calming guidance. She has so much knowledge and was able to help me get the most out of the class given my limited experience. Overall it felt great, was fun, and relaxing. I will definitely be signing up again.

Yoga in the park with KT was an absolutely amazing addition to our Savannah trip! I could not recommend this experience more. It was beautiful to look up at the trees while gently stretching. KT even offered to tailor the class to the type of experience we were hoping for. Afterwards we walked through the Saturday farmers market and had brunch. Don’t miss this fun addition to your Savannah trip!

I loved this experience! Great for beginners or people with more yoga experience, you can’t beat the location and the practice was lovely.

The class was wonderful, the location is perfect, no better way to start your day. Take every chance you have to join the class when you’re in town! You will be glad you did.
