Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to secure your preferred times and custom add-ons. Last-minute? Reach out—we do our best to accommodate.

How many people can this experience accommodate?

We can coordinate for groups of 2 to 12. Larger groups are welcome—we’ll just bring in additional vehicles or bonfire setups to keep things seamless.

Where do you pick us up?

We offer flexible pickup anywhere along 30A, as well as from ECP, VPS, PNS, or surrounding towns. Just let us know your rental, hotel, or flight details.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely. Alcohol is BYOB, and we’ll have coolers, ice, and cups ready if requested. We also offer charcuterie and catering upgrades through our local partners.

What if the weather is bad?

If unsafe beach conditions prevent us from hosting your bonfire (due to lightning, high winds, or county closure), we can reschedule your experience for another date—pending availability—and a new permit fee will apply. There are no refunds due to weather, but trip insurance is available and recommended for group events or boat days.

Do you handle the bonfire permits?

Yes—100%. We take care of the county permit, setup, teardown, and cleanup. You just show up and enjoy.

Is this kid-friendly or adults only?

We customize based on the group. Let us know if you’re bringing kids, and we’ll adjust the layout, firepit spacing, and snack options.

Can we customize the setup or theme?

Yes. From proposal styling to champagne welcome kits or branded beach signage—we love bringing custom touches to life. Just include a note when booking.
