Absolutely. Gift cards are available online and in-person, and they never expire. We even have in-store gift baskets and custom cards during the holidays.

Should I come with clean or dirty hair?

Come with dirty hair if possible! Just be sure it’s detangled — we want to spend more time on the massage and less on knots.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to relax, sip some tea or sparkling water, and fill out your intake form.

What’s your cancellation policy?

No-shows or no-calls: 100% charge
Cancellations within 24 hours: 30% charge
Same-day illness: If you notify us before 9 a.m. or rebook within 48 hours, your fee may be waived.
Emergency situations are handled with care and at management’s discretion.

For safety and consistency, outside products are not allowed. We use professional-grade products tailored to your needs.

We use Milbon, Biolage, and our own custom scalp scrub (névoo) — a natural, botanical masque created by our founder, Molly.

What’s included in a Head Spa treatment?

Accepted Answer

All head spa services include a scalp analysis, double cleanse with scalp-specific shampoo, massage, a custom scalp scrub, conditioning treatment, and a mini facial (except for the Refresh). Add-ons like a blow dry or full facial can be added to customize your experience.

Do I need to fill anything out before my appointment?

Yes — you’ll receive a waiver and intake form before your appointment. We ask that all clients complete it to help us customize your treatment and check for any sensitivities or medical concerns.

Do I need to wear makeup?

Nope! In fact, we recommend coming without makeup, especially for the Signature or VIP services, since they include a facial.

Can I buy the products you used on me?

Yes! Most of the products used in your service — including Milbon shampoo, treatment oils, and our custom scalp scrub (névoo) — are available for purchase at the spa.

Yes — we welcome all hair types and textures, including curly, coily, kinky, wavy, straight, fine, thick, and color-treated hair. Our technicians are trained to adjust pressure, technique, and product choice to meet your needs.

Yes! That’s actually one of the best reasons to book. We specialize in removing buildup, reducing oiliness, and restoring scalp balance using clarifying products, exfoliating scrubs, and massage techniques that promote circulation and detoxification.

Is this good for dry scalp or dandruff?

Absolutely. We use hydrating, calming, and anti-inflammatory treatments for clients with dry, itchy, or flaky scalps. Let your technician know your concerns during your scalp analysis, and we’ll choose the right products for you.

Our services can help improve circulation and reduce tension, but we’ll always check in and adjust pressure. Just let us know if anything feels uncomfortable.

What if I have extensions, braids, or locs?

Yes — we can absolutely perform a head spa with extensions, braids, or locs! It’s best if there’s a little growth at the root so we can access and treat the scalp more effectively. While we don’t shampoo or detangle extensions or styles directly, we’ll customize the treatment to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate your scalp without disturbing your look. Just let us know what you’re wearing when you book so we can prep the right room and products.
