Yes — you’ll receive a waiver and intake form before your appointment. We ask that all clients complete it to help us customize your treatment and check for any sensitivities or medical concerns.

Nope! In fact, we recommend coming without makeup, especially for the Signature or VIP services, since they include a facial.

Yes — we can absolutely perform a head spa with extensions, braids, or locs! It’s best if there’s a little growth at the root so we can access and treat the scalp more effectively. While we don’t shampoo or detangle extensions or styles directly, we’ll customize the treatment to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate your scalp without disturbing your look. Just let us know what you’re wearing when you book so we can prep the right room and products.
