How do I know if you are available?
You can reach out by email (djrxstudios@gmail.com) or check the events calendar on the website (www.djrxstudio.com) to see if your day is open. Also, you may call or text me at number: +1 (203) 679-9652. I will get back with you as soon as possible.
How do I start the process of requesting an experience?
To start the process, send an email (djrxstudios@gmail.com), call or text (203-679-9652), or complete the contact request form available on the DJ Rx Studios website (www.djrxstudio.com). From here, I will contact you to set-up a meeting where we can discuss the event and what your event needs. If everything is set, I will send you an email with the instructions on how to sign the services agreement, get the deposit taken care of, and your customer portal login information where you can start the process of customizing your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp).
How can I pay my deposit?
The preferred method of payment would be using an electronic payment method (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp), check, or credit/debit card. Please note that using PayPal or Credit Cards incurs a small convenience fee. Cash is accepted in-person. Checks may be mailed to the DJ Rx Studios mailbox.
What types of music do you play?
All types! I have a wide library of music across all genres. If you have a specific genre, style, or artist preference, you can include this information in your planning documents that will be available to you in your client portal.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Beyond the convenience fee of using credit cards or PayPal (under official business use), there are only three things which I will add an additional charge for, which I outlined below. 1. Travel requirements - My service area is wide, but if you need me for an event that is 2+ hours commute, a small fee ranging from $50-$100 will be added to support transportation costs, such as fuel, food, and lodging (if your event goes late into the evening where a commute home is not ideal/safe). 2. Late Events - Events running beyond 8 hours will incur a fee of $100. This is rarely used. 3. Add Ons - Additional services, such as adding the photo booth, dry ice gun/machine, or fog machine will add additional costs.
Are you able to support certain budget needs or offer payment plans for an event?
I am more than willing to support what works best for you. If this is something you need, let me know when we have our meeting. We will find a way to make it work together.
